e-BRANCH User's Agreement And Disclosure
Please activate my private e-BRANCH access code. I understand that PFCU may cancel this service at any time and that all previous items and conditions now in effect with my savings, checking or loan accounts are incorporated into this agreement.
By completing and returning the e-BRANCH application card, I understand that I am now authorized to make account withdrawals, transfers between my accounts and to obtain other confidential information about my account. I agree not to overdraw any account. I will immediately notify and repay Patriot Federal Credit Union if I receive any funds to which I am not entitled, whether by credit union error, my error, errors of others or otherwise. PFCU may offset any amount I owe against any account I have with the credit union, or may collect by legal action.
I am responsible for the safekeeping of my secret Personal Identification Number (PIN). I understand the credit union will not be liable to me for any unauthorized use of the PIN number.
I will notify Patriot Federal Credit Union immediately and send written confirmation if my secret PIN is disclosed to anyone other than a joint owner of my account. If I disclose my PIN to anyone, I understand that I have given that person access to all share and loan types under the account number to which my PIN is assigned, whether or not that person is a joint owner on the account.
I understand that my PIN is not transferable. I agree that I will not disclose my secret PIN or permit any unauthorized use thereof.
If I receive any funds to which I am not entitled, my failure to repay those funds within 48 hours will be considered a default of my obligations under this agreement. If I default in any amounts I owe under this agreement, I agree to pay to the credit union all reasonable attorney fees, a 20% legal fee and collection cost incurred by them.
REGULATION D
Requires a limit of three (3) preauthorized transfers per month from a Credit Union Insured Money Market Account (CUIMMA) to any share account. I understand that the credit union (PFCU) reserves the right to discontinue access to E-BRANCH without notice. Amendments to this agreement may be provided to me in accordance with applicable laws, without restatement of the terms. The use of E-BRANCH is subject to such other terms, conditions and requirements as the credit union may establish from time to time.
DISCLOSURE OF DELAYED FUNDS AVAILABILITY
We may place a hold for uncollected funds on any item you deposit. This could delay your ability to withdraw such funds. For additional details, refer to PFCU's "Disclosure of Funds Availability Policy" or contact PFCU.
