Stafford Student Loans are granted to those graduate and undergraduate student members who qualify under either the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) or The Maryland Higher Education Loan Corporation (MHELC) program. Approvals for these loans are made by the particular agency involved.
Plus Loans are granted to the parents of students who presently have a Stafford Student Loan and need additional funds to complete their education.
