The caller says they are calling regarding their Patriot loan or account. The number that appears on the caller ID is 800-351-8820.
All attempts to gain member information are scams. If you receive a questionable call, please do not provide any information. Please contact Patriot at 717-263-4444 or 301-766-7328 to report the call and provide any details of the incident. You may also wish to report the suspicious phone call to your local police. Patriot Federal Credit Union will never solicit account information from our members. Please remember, never share personal or credit union account information to an unsolicited caller.
