Some praise to pass along about the Branch Manager of the North Pointe Branch, Hagerstown

It's seldom that I make the time to write concerning the give-and-take that occurs in the course of banking transactions - most all of what I write relates to making sure that things run smoothly, but in this case I needed to make an exception.

I have been shopping for favorable interest rates in the event I choose to purchase a motorcycle in the near future. On-line searches turned up your credit union among others so I decided to give you a shot. I did what I could on the internet and paid a visit to the North Pointe branch on Monday past to finish the membership process. I received a nice welcome and was asked to wait to see a membership rep.

Stacie Keefer greeted me and we went into her office to conduct business. I asked after her role in the process and was surprised to find that she was the branch manager. We discussed my membership needs, which led to talk of the potential loan. Ms. Keefer was not only professional but very personable as well - I truly felt like I was talking to a friend who had my best interests at heart. I had lots of questions - all of which were answered in an intelligent, circumspect way. It means a great deal to feel like someone is going to bat for you - I almost never get that where I usually bank, and were it not for the fact that Bank of America holds my mortgage, I'd move all of my business to your establishment.

Please pass along these words to Ms. Keefer if you'd care to. Based on what I experienced, I'm guessing she's done a great deal to build clientele in Hagerstown. I'm sold on credit unions - back in 1974 they had enough faith in me to give me my first vehicle loan, and my first motorcycle as well. You do have the best rates around, and, as it turns out, the best employees too.

I would say that the rates offered for the products available are a great way to save money in this country's time of need. We need to save our money where we can and Patriot does that for its members.

I am currently a novice to financial endeavors; however, with the Patriot Federal Credit Unions Money Revolution I have just managed to refinance my auto loan at a lower interest rate which will make my dream vehicle affordable.
