How to Access Your Money from Nearly Anywhere

While we love to interact with our members, we also know how important it is for you to have convenient access to your money when you need it.  And with our branch lobbies being temporarily closed (although our drive-ups remain open), there’s no better time to use ‘contactless’ services like Patriot Mobile, eBranch or calling our Contact Center.

Patriot Mobile (mobile banking) and eBranch (online banking) allow you to perform most transactions without ever leaving home, including:

  • Transferring money between accounts
  • Paying bills using Bill Pay
  • Make your loan and credit card payments
  • View transactions histories
  • Depositing checks from your mobile device through Mobile Deposit
  • Applying for a loan
  • Sending a message to our Contact Center
  • Managing credit and debit cards with Mobile Card Controls
  • And more!

Did you know that we can complete most loan applications and fund loans without member’s ever coming to a branch? Members can apply for loans safely and securely after logging into Patriot Mobile or eBranch, or our Contact Center can assist with a simple phone call. Most share accounts can also be opened online or over the phone.

If you do need cash, visit the nearest Patriot ATM or a surcharge-free ATM in the Allpoint network.  While we have increased the cleaning of the canisters and buttons on the drive-up units, as well as the ATM keypads and screens – we still recommend that consumers wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after using an ATM or other high-touch device.
