Congratulations to Darby Fritsche, Director of Training & Process Improvement, on her recent graduation from Leadership Franklin County (LFC). She holds the distinction of being selected as VP of the Class of 2017. Her LFC team project called “Leaders Learning Together” focused on updating the Downtown Chambersburg Historic Walking Tours. Darby has been a part of the Patriot team since 2006.
“I’ve lived in this community for 20 years, but I’m not originally from this area,” Darby said. “My LFC experience made me feel like a true part of our community. It opened my eyes to what is available in Franklin County and what opportunities exist to serve.”
Patriot has had numerous graduates of this program over the years, which is provided through the Chamber Foundation – an affiliate of the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce.
The mission of Leadership Franklin County is to develop a continuum of civic leaders who are engaged in the advancement of the community’s quality and growth. Participants are taken through a nine month course where they learn about leadership and their community.
