Patriot Branches Continue to Offer Lobby Services – Safety a Priority

As COVID-19 concerns continue, we thought it would helpful to remind our members that we continue to offer lobby, curbside and contactless services, while ensuring the safety of our members and our staff. We certainly understand that our branches are important as many members prefer to transact financial matters in person. We know this, so our branch lobbies continue to operate using appropriate social/physical distancing guidelines as well as maintaining strict cleaning and sanitizing practices.

In accordance with CDC and local health guidelines, our employees and members accessing a branch lobby are required to wear an acceptable face covering/mask. While our branch lobby operations look a little different, the way we care for our members is the same. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as your support.

Our branches are open during regular hours, M-F 7AM to 7PM; Sat 7AM to 3PM. The first hour of regular lobby service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is reserved to serve senior members (60 years of age and better) as well as members with health conditions that place them at higher risk during the pandemic.

For additional member service convenience, we offer drive-up and/or curb-side services, eBranch (online banking), Patriot Mobile, or calling the Contact Center at 888-777-9982 during regular hours. Although not required, we do recommend that members needing “in-person” services schedule an appointment by calling 888-996-2735.
