Effective Tuesday, November 9, 2021, you will notice a change in the “Pay Your Patriot Loan” payment screen when making a loan payment. To enhance security, members will be prompted to verify their bank account and routing number from which the loan payment is being made. This is a one-time verification process, which means that you will not be asked to verify this information unless you choose to use another account from which you make a loan payment in the future.
