We understand that our branches are important because many members prefer to transact financial matters in person. Today our branch lobby operations look a little different, however, the way that we care for our members remains the same. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as your support.
All Patriot branch locations (except Waynesboro West) have re-opened for in-person lobby service. Member service is also available through the drive-ups and by appointment. As a reminder, all Patriot locations are operating under social/physical distancing guidelines. We continue to maintain strict cleaning and sanitizing practices. Additionally, we have enhanced our air purification systems and encourage all employees and members accessing this building to follow CDC guidelines for wearing face coverings/masks.
Alternatives to in-lobby service area available including: our drive-up services, eBranch (online banking), Patriot Mobile, or calling the Contact Center at (888-777-9982) during regular hours. Members wishing to an appointment can do so by calling 888-996-2735.
