Branch Lobby Access

We understand that our branches are important because many members prefer to transact financial matters in person.  Today our branch lobby operations look a little different, however, the way that we care for our members remains the same. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as your support.

To ensure that we can continue to deliver the quality of member service that you have come to expect during this period of heightened COVID-19 cases, we have temporarily closed several branch lobbies. All Patriot branch locations will continue to offer member service through the drive-ups, as well as provide curbside service and accept lobby appointments for in-person transactions.

Branch lobbies at Wayne Avenue, Federal Street and Letterkenny in Chambersburg, Waynesboro Financial Service Center in Waynesboro, and Robinwood Avenue in Hagerstown REMAIN OPEN.  As a reminder, all Patriot locations are operating under social/physical distancing guidelines and limited capacity in accordance with state guidelines.  We continue to maintain strict cleaning and sanitizing practices.  Additionally, we have enhanced our air purification systems and all of our staff are taking their temperatures prior to reporting for work. In accordance with the CDC and local health guidelines for universal masking, ALL employees and members accessing this building are required to wear an acceptable face covering/mask.

The first hour of regular lobby service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays has been reserved to serve senior members (60 years of age and better) as well as members with health conditions that place them at higher risk during the pandemic. Besides these senior lobby hours, the branches will continue to operate during regular hours.

Given the number of individuals permitted in our branches is limited, please consider using our drive-up services, eBranch (online banking), Patriot Mobile, or calling the Contact Center at (888-777-9982) during regular hours. Given that branch occupancy has been reduced, it is also recommended that members needing “in-person” member services schedule an appointment by calling 888-996-2735

Self-Check Temperature Kiosk

 

For your convenience, all Patriot branch lobbies now feature Self-Check Temperature Kiosks. To check your temperature with this contactless thermal temperature scanner, simply position your head/face image to appear within the outlined area on the scanner screen. It only takes seconds.  This is a free service to create a safe environment and stop the spread of COVID-19 courtesy of Patriot Federal Credit Union.

Curbside Services

 

For members who have quick-service needs that can’t easily be handled through our drive-up windows including picking up debit/credit card replacements, we will continue to offer “Non-cash Curbside Services” at most branch locations. To do so, please park in the specially-marked parking spaces and call or text the number indicated on the sign at the spot you’re parked in. A Patriot staff member will then assist you.

  • Patriot Mobile (mobile banking)
  • Patriot ATM or surcharge free ATM in the Allpoint network (it is recommended that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after using an ATM or other high-touch device)
