- Software Developer
Patriot Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced software developer to design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to conceptualize and develop new software programs and applications as well as to modify and test changes to existing software programs. Qualified candidates will possess a working technical knowledge of programming languages and will have extensive experience with database systems. Experience in a financial institution is a plus.
- Business Analyst
To act as the liaison between the business units and the technical staff in IT. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
- Director of IT Infrastructure
To plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organizationís IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Server Administrator
The Server Administratorís role is to design, install, administer, and optimize company servers and related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by tuning the servers as necessary. This includes ensuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring all new implementations, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment. Where applicable, the Server Administrator will assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center/server farm.
- Membership Officer
The expectations of our Membership Officers is to build member relationships that last; to originate sales and provide service that exceeds our membersí expectations. Identify membersí financial needs and offer solutions to improve their financial lives; process and underwrite consumer loans, set up new accounts, resolve problems, sell PFCU products and ensure the memberís financial needs are met.

As a Service Representative, you will be expected to perform financial transactions for our members accurately and efficiently. These positions are ideal for service-oriented persons.
