We\u2019re thrilled to share that on June 2nd, 2026, Patriot will launch an upgraded Online Banking platform and Mobile App\u2014bringing you a faster, more modern, and more secure way to manage your finances. We\u2019re incredibly excited about this enhancement and the improved experience it will deliver for our members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t<\/header>\n\t\t\t

  • Streamlined, modern navigation<\/li>\n
  • Increased online banking timeout to 5 minutes to reduce false logouts<\/li>\n
  • Enhanced security protections, including passkeys<\/li>\n
  • Security images, phrases, and challenge questions are being replaced with one-time passcode (OTP) multi-factor authentication (MFA)<\/li>\n
  • First-time sign-in on a new browser or device will require OTP verification<\/li>\n
  • A consistent experience across mobile and online banking, with the same menu and services (mobile deposit remains available in the app on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        What to expect at first login:<\/strong>
        \nWhen logging into the Mobile App on or after June 2nd for the first time, you will be prompted to update your Patriot Mobile App to ensure you have access to the newest features and enhancements. If you have automatic updates enabled on your device, this may happen automatically without any action needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        What you can do now to prepare:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Know your password:<\/strong> If your password is currently saved and auto-filled on your device, you\u2019ll need to enter it manually after the upgrade.<\/li>\n
        • Verify your contact information:<\/strong> Make sure your email address and phone number are up to date so you can receive important updates or reset your password if needed.\n

          • Log in to Online Banking and navigate to Settings > Contact Information<\/strong> to review and update your details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • To ensure a smooth transition, please confirm your device meets the minimum requirements:\n

            • iOS 16 or higher (iPhone 8 or newer)<\/li>\n
            • Android 12 or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              • Passwords will no longer be saved directly within the app.<\/li>\n
              • You can choose to log in using a passkey, Face ID, or fingerprint (biometrics), or continue entering your password manually.<\/li>\n
              • If you currently use biometrics, those settings will carry over to the new app.<\/li>\n
              • Utilize patriotfcu.org to access online banking by clicking Login in the top right hand corner, the website address will be changing.<\/li>\n
              • The Mobile App will no longer be available on wearable devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
