Inici\u00f3 su trayectoria en la banca local en el F&amp;M Bank de Martinsburg, en el \u00e1rea de administraci\u00f3n de pr\u00e9stamos. <\/p>\n<p>Graduado de la preparatoria Hedgesville High School, Dalton obtuvo una licenciatura en Artes de la Universidad Shepherd. Tambi\u00e9n se gradu\u00f3 de la Escuela de Banca de Virginia Occidental y de la Escuela de Pr\u00e9stamos Comerciales de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos (RMA) en la Universidad East Carolina. Adem\u00e1s, anteriormente fue profesor adjunto en la Universidad Shepherd, donde imparti\u00f3 la asignatura de Principios Bancarios.<\/p>\n<p>En apoyo a la s\u00f3lida participaci\u00f3n comunitaria de Patriot, Dalton est\u00e1 profundamente involucrado en la comunidad local, formando parte de la junta directiva y es tesorero de Main Street Martinsburg, miembro de la junta directiva y el comit\u00e9 de finanzas de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Exalumnos de la Universidad Shepherd, y miembro de la junta directiva del Club Rotario Sunrise. Con m\u00e1s de 28 a\u00f1os de experiencia como rotario, es miembro Paul Harris y recibi\u00f3 el Premio al Servicio Distinguido. Adem\u00e1s, anteriormente form\u00f3 parte de la junta directiva de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio del Condado de Morgan y colabor\u00f3 con United Way of the Eastern Panhandle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnirme a Patriot es emocionante.
