To better assist you with our new eBranch, we can utilize software that enables us to view your computer screen and walk you through our help session – it does NOT enable us to take over your computer controls.

As part of this process, you will be temporarily downloading a file onto your computer after the support session.

To remove the TeamView file from your computer, please follow these steps.:

  1. Go to Recent Downloads/Temporary Files
  2. Highlight the Team View file
  3. Click Delete
