Here is a quick reference to help you more easily navigate the new system.
• Press 1 if you know the extension or name of the person you’re trying to reach
• Press 2 for SmartLine – our automate phone banking system
• Press 3 to report a lost or stolen VISA credit or debit card
• Press 4 for Mortgages
To make a mortgage payment, Press 1
For mortgages, including refinances and purchases, Press 2
For home equity loans and lines of credit, Press 3
For pay-offs and questions about your current mortgage or home equity, Press 4
And for all other mortgage related questions, Press 5
• Press 5 for Loan inquiries
For inquiries regarding your existing Patriot loan, Press 1
