David Dalton se une a Patriot como vicepresidente y oficial de préstamos comerciales.

Prior to joining Patriot, Dalton spent more than 13 years with the former Bank of Charles Town (BCT), most recently as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. He began his local banking career at Martinsburg’s F&M Bank in the loan servicing area.

A graduate of Hedgesville High School, Dalton earned a Bachelor of Art degree from Shepherd University. He is also a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking and the Risk Management Association (RMA) Commercial Lending School at East Carolina University. In addition, he previously served as an adjunct professor at Shepherd University, teaching Principles of Banking.

Supporting Patriot’s strong community involvement, Dalton is deeply engaged in the local community, serving on the board of directors and treasurer of Main Street Martinsburg, the Shepherd University Alumni Association Board and finance committee, and board of the Sunrise Rotary Club. A 28+ year Rotarian, he is a Paul Harris Fellow and recipient of the Distinguished Service Award. In addition, he previously served on the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce board of directors and with the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle.

A resident of Berkeley County, Dalton is the proud parent of two adult children. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, pickleball, tennis, golf, and attending sporting events.
