Celaschi Appointed to CrossState Board of Directors

(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) Patriot Federal Credit Union President and CEO Ronald “Ron” Celaschi has been appointed to the CrossState Board of Directors, recognizing his longstanding commitment to advancing the credit union movement and advocating for the industry’s continued success.

Celaschi brings more than 32 years of experience in the credit union industry to the CrossState Board. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, collaboration, and advocacy at both the state and national levels.

Prior to his appointment, Celaschi provided more than a decade of combined service to CrossState through its Government Relations Committee and as CrossState’s representative on America’s Credit Unions Credit Union Legislative Action Council (CULAC) Board of Trustees. In these leadership roles, he has helped advance state and federal advocacy initiatives while strengthening the collective voice of credit unions across the industry.

In addition to his new role on the CrossState Board, Celaschi serves on the Board of Trustees of CULAC, the federal political action committee of America’s Credit Unions. Earlier this year, he also served as a panelist during the 2026 America’s Credit Unions Strategic Growth Conference, sharing insights on leadership, growth, and the evolving credit union landscape.

Celaschi joined Patriot Federal Credit Union as President and CEO in April 2023. Before joining Patriot, he served as President and CEO of Clearview Federal Credit Union and previously held executive leadership positions at Frick Tri-County Federal Credit Union and the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
