What information do I need to enroll in Online Banking?
To enroll for personal accounts, you’ll need your Social Security or Tax ID Number, your Account Number, and your Date of Birth. For non-personal accounts (Business, Organization, Custodial, Representative Payee, Trust, and Estate), you will need the Social Security or Tax ID Number (TIN or EIN) for the individual or entity and the Account Number. For both enrollment types, you will need access to the email address on file for the account in order to receive a confirmation to complete the enrollment process.
