Contact Center Representative

In this position you will assist members with financial transactions, identify members’ financial needs, originate sales, provide service, and resolve problems over the phone or the internet.  The position is responsible for inbound and outbound telephone calls.

Membership Officer

The expectations of our Membership Officers is to build member relationships that last; to originate sales and provide service that exceeds our members’ expectations. Identify members’ financial needs and offer solutions to improve their financial lives; process and underwrite consumer loans, set up new accounts, resolve problems, sell Patriot products and ensure the member’s financial needs are met.

Service Representative

As a Service Representative, you will be expected to perform financial transactions for our members accurately and efficiently. These positions are ideal for service-oriented persons.

Server Technician

The Server Technician’s role is to install, implement, administer, and support systems, business applications and server environment as necessary. This role will have a direct impact on the security of systems and therefore must be proficient with information security best practices, systems hardening and other related crucial skills. The Server Technician will have at least two years of experience in at least 3 of the following technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Virtualization, Storage Area Networks, Hyper-convergence, Cloud Technologies, Clustering or Microsoft SQL Server.

Software Developer

Design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. The software developer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.
