FAQs

Zogo’s account verification process prevents gift cards and other rewards from being claimed by scammers, bots, and hackers. Because the number of gift cards we distribute is limited, we have to be careful to make sure they’re going to our users, rather than the bad guys.

If you’re under the age of 16, or are a minor without a U.S. government-issued ID, your parent or guardian will need to provide their ID for account verification.

Once your parent or guardian completes account verification, your account will be able to exchange Pineapples for rewards.

Because Zogo’s ID verification process is designed to prevent scammers and bots from making a large number of duplicate accounts, they need to limit an ID to a single account.

If you are a parent or guardian with multiple family members using Zogo, and would like to use the same ID for more than one minor verification, please contact them at support@zogofinance.com.
