Manage your accounts with Alerts – receive notifications about account access or when the balance in your account reaches a certain point. All members enrolled in Online Banking have immediate access to Alerts.
Alerts provide you with the capability to tailor your account to receive notifications of important credit union information via email, text message, or push notification. You choose the alerts that are most helpful to you – balance level, activity, etc. Plus, Alerts reside in Online Banking, so they may be added, removed, or edited at any time.
Watch the video tutorial below for how to enroll in Online Banking.
To enroll for personal accounts, you’ll need your Social Security or Tax ID Number, your Account Number, and your Date of Birth. For non-personal accounts (Business, Organization, Custodial, Representative Payee, Trust, and Estate), you will need the Social Security or Tax ID Number (TIN or EIN) for the individual or entity and the Account Number. For both enrollment types, you will need access to the email address on file for the account in order to receive a confirmation to complete the enrollment process. If you’re not sure what email address you have on file for your account, contact us and we can confirm or update it for you prior to enrollment.
Under no circumstances will we contact a member for their electronic banking access information. If a member receives such a request, whether by mail, phone, text or email that appears to have originated from Patriot Federal Credit Union, they should immediately contact us to report the incident. If you discover any suspicious activity in any of your accounts or have any questions about information security, please contact us.
