Fraud Alert – Text Message Scam

We have been made aware of fraudulent text messages claiming an ATM transaction has occurred and directing recipients to click a link to cancel the transaction.

One example reports an ATM withdrawal for $X,XXX.XX and asks the recipient to visit a website to cancel the transaction. These messages may come from unfamiliar phone numbers and are not sent by Patriot.

Please be advised:

• Patriot will never ask you to click a link or provide personal or account information via text.
• Do not click on any links or respond to these messages.
• If you receive a message like this, delete it immediately.
