If you receive one of these calls/texts/emails, please contact Patriot directly using the phone number listed on our website here. Reminder, Patriot will never ask you for your full debit/credit card number or online banking login information.
Click the “Forgot Username” button at the bottom of the screen on your Patriot Mobile app. It will prompt you to choose which type of user you are and then answer some personal and account information. The system will then send an email to the email address on file with your username.
