I want to view a check image, so I clicked on a check transaction and nothing happens. How can I see my check images?

From the Overview screen, click on the share account in which you want to view the check image.  A brief preview screen will open, displaying up to five recent and pending transactions – this may include a check transaction. To access the full detail, including any check image, click “View All Transactions”; this will take you to your full transaction history. Find the check you wish to view and click on it.  Then click “check images” to view the front and back of the check.  Note: an image will not be available for electronically converted checks.
