Patriot Federal Credit Union is a proud sponsor of the BULL & OYSTER ROAST scheduled on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 12 Noon to 5PM at Hagerstown Community College, Hagerstown, MD.

During the period starting Sunday, February 4, 2024 through Saturday, February 17, 2024, we are offering a chance for one (1) winner to receive a FREE pair of BULL & OYSTER ROAST tickets.  One (1) randomly selected winner will  receive a FREE pair (2) of tickets to the BULL & OYSTER ROAST.   To be eligible for a chance to win, you must post a comment about why you want to attend the event.

All comments posted between, Sunday, February 4, 2024 through Saturday February 17, 2024 will be entered into the random drawing.  We will randomly select one (1) winner and will reach out to the winner on Facebook and by Private Message about how to claim their FREE pair of tickets.

PATRIOT’S BULL & OYSTER ROAST Eligibility RULES: The random drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees and directors of Patriot Federal Credit Union, and their immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Entry: Go to Patriot’s Facebook page during the period of Sunday, February 4, 2024 through Saturday, February 17, 2024 and post your comment. Only one entry, per person.

The Prize: We will give away a pair (2) of tickets to one (1) randomly selected winner.

Odds of winning: Will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Random Drawing: The one (1) winner will be selected on or about Monday, February 19, 2024 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, which will take place at the Corporate Office of Patriot Federal Credit Union, 800 Wayne Avenue, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. All decisions are final.

Prize winner will be notified by private message on Facebook, or a comment on winner’s Facebook page if Patriot is unable to send winner a private message.  Once notified the winner must contact Patriot to verify their intention to use the FREE BULL & OYSTER tickets. Failure to do so, within 2 business days, results in loss of the BULL & OYSTER ROAST tickets and they’ll be randomly given to another selected winner. Patriot Federal Credit Union shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. A winner need not be present to win.

Prize Conditions: Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse. No substitution is permitted. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Patriot Federal Credit Union to use winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

General: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Patriot Federal Credit Union, and release Patriot Federal Credit Union, and all other businesses involved in this Drawing, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Drawing or use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Patriot Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Drawing or in the announcement of the prize.

Privacy: By entering and providing the entry information, Entrants acknowledge that Patriot Federal Credit Union may send information it believes may be of interest to Entrant. On the entry form there is an option to opt out of future communications from Patriot Federal Credit Union. Granting permission to receive further communications is not required and does not improve your chance of winning. Including your contact information and not choosing to opt out will be considered express permission for us to contact you per Do-Not-Call Policy regulations. You may choose to opt out of communications from us at any time in the future upon request.
