Yes. Midwest Loan Services accepts mortgage payments by phone. Call Midwest Loan Services at 800-262-6574 from Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Your escrow balance will be transferred to Midwest Loan Services. Beginning July 1, 2026, they will manage and disburse escrow payments for property taxes, homeowners insurance, and flood insurance, if applicable.
